GROUND SOURCE HEAT PUMPS

Using your garden to heat your home may seem unlikely but with only a small investment in some relatively low technology you can easily achieve a saving of over 50% from your current heating bill.

Ground source heating should always be considered for a new build or a major renovation project where the groundwork costs are incremental and the installation of underfloor heating is a cost effective option.

The best bit of using ground heat is that there are no harmful emmissions into the environment (you are just moving the heat from coils of pipe burried under ground into your house) and there are no unsightly structures required. It all works 'like a fridge in reverse' and once installed it should be good for 25+ years of trouble free service.
